What Should I Do With My Hamster Cage?

I got an aquriam for my new hamsters cage but i dont know what to put on the top of the cage?
I also want to know what i should name him he is a black teddy bear hamster.

i would buy a mesh top to the aquarium, but i would also make sure it fits snugly; putting a rock or something heavy on it might weaken the mesh and cause the rock to fall into the cage hurting your yet-to-be-named little friend. if you do decide to use a mesh top, make sure the wires are spaced closely enough so that he cant climb out or get his paws stuck. for his name i would just watch him for a little bit and name him whatever comes to mind. i have a pet mouse that will run in a clockwise circle all day long like shes in a reverse N.A.S.C.A.R. race, and i named her rewind. if the name strikes you as right its his name.
Cage:
You can go to your local pet store and buy a top that fits you aquarium or you can take mesh with less than 1/2 inch spacing and fit it to the top of your cage, but both you will need to put something(s) that are heavy on top to weight it down.
Hamster:
I like the name Shadow or Tazz or Chunky or something, anything is really cute when it comes to hamsters! But the thing is i am not very good at coming up with names, wish i could help more, sorry!
well first lets do some names:):hammy,snowy,roxy,coco,bubbles,ni… hamster,dj,aj,leon,kiki,gg,angela,andy,a… some names 4 u.next a cage if you want will start at a second floor cage bottom:a house wheel water food dish bedding.top:foodish a small house water bottle a treat and lot of love:)there some info 4 ya hope i helped:)
well they have these tops for then wherea ll it is is wire and soem oles well for the hole put like a cover os something it there and maybe a rock or something on top and i wood name it bear
try too make real neat.you can put a piece of card board with holes on it.
