I want something that does not smell really bad tho i do not really mind. also something that is social and fun to play with.

I have two guinea pigs (for now).. A boar and a pregnant sow. I’m about to get a hamster with all its necessities, but I was wondering if it would be safe for me to put a hamster in the cage with my guinea pigs. If so will they get along and adapt? will they be able to eat the same food? could I be able to set uo the cage where certain things are only accessible to the hamster? Than you

Which do you think is better for a 12 year old boy? please help me.

He’s on top.. ok, now he’s down again. Won’t it break his leg of something?

I had a pet rabbit many years back. Now I want a small pet again. But I am not going for a rabbit because my earlier rabbit used to chew electrical wires and other stuff. So I want to know more about guinea pig, hamster or any other small creature that you can keep as a pet.

i want a small rabbit or a guinea pig but rabbits sound really hard to look after and really expensive so are guinea pigs any better?

I was wondering what a good way to introduce the new guinea pig i am getting to my sisters dwarf hamster. I am not sure yet if the guinea pig will be male or female but the hamster is female and quite old.
Thanks!

They all seem to be genetically linked. I can’t find out how, though. Could anyone please tell me? I’d appreciate the help a lot. And please don’t say that they’re all rodents, I know that but it doesn’t help me at all!

Can I Put My Guinea Pig In A Hamster Cage?

i know its small, but its only gonna be there at night when its sleeping and i have a harness to walk it everyday for exercise. if i only put it there at night, will it still get arthritis?

Why is it that people don’t realize that when they take in an animal, they are getting a living, breathing, food eating, vet needing creature? I see people everywhere asking questions that are enough to make anyone with a shred of common sense cringe.
Potentially the most annoying: Should I get a monkey? No, no, and for the hundredth time, NO! MONKEYS BELONG IN THE WILD! This is why they are an exotic pet, because nobody in the right bloody mind would ever even CONSIDER buying one. It’s even worse when people ask where they can get a cheap monkey. Because, you know, after you pay for the monkey, you won’t have to pay for anything else. You’re pretty much getting a child. Children are expensive. Therefore, it is safe to assume that monkeys are too.
Though equally annoying: Can I put my chinchilla in a 2×2 foot cage and call it a day? Can I put you in an 2×2 foot cage in call it a day? Honestly, just because the animal fits in the cage, does not mean it will be happy.
