I am adopting two baby gerbils and need some suggestions for names. I don’t want anything long, silly or just weird. Short and sweet are just fine. So far I have Dusty and Scooter. Tell me what yo think. Suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

anything from a fish tank that cost $10 to a fancy cage with tunnels and such which cost $60+
IMO, the hardest parts for cleaning are the tunnels. I hate assembling and connecting the tubes. It’s all so fricking hard. Wish the manufacturers will come out with better designs.

My dog had a disc dysplasia surgery and is recovered. Her surgery was paid out of pocket. I would like to get pet insurance now. I’m hoping that it will cover her for any future surgery.

I have to give up my gerbil. Is there a gerbil or rodent rescue place? I know there is one in Mass., but I live in southern CT and I cannot go all the way over there.

I’ve been wanting this type of hamster for about 3 and a half weeks now but the only thing that is stopping me is finding a cage for ONE robo dwarf hamster. I need one at pet smart for only about 10-30 dollars.

Im looking to buy two gerbils. But I dont really want to go to a pet store, cause they just might not be healthy and all that stuff. So im really looking for a breeder. I live in Alabama. Any help?

i really want a hamster but i dont have the money for it. so i need a cheap new cage also a hamster

i love hamsters but gerbils are very similar so i will give you some ideas that i use!
-a box full of special sand (FOR CHINCHILLAS) they love to roll in it!
-a toilet tube simple!
-a toilet tube that is filled with treats and food and sealed with masking safe tape at each end so the gerbil/hamster has to chew the tube to get to the treats
-a homemade maze (cardboard)
- boxes make simple and fun toys
-a toilet tube with strings that hang from the top of the cage so it is like a tube in the air
and with the ink thing. it doesnt seem to bother my hamster but too much ink is not a good idea
These are all my ideas but I am sure there will be loads more all over the web!

I love my kitty and I would hate for her to ever get sick, but vet bills are very expensive to be paying out of pocket. Does anyone have pet health insurance, and if so is it worth it?
