How Do You Know If Your Hamster Has Wet Tail?

My hamster has dirrahea and dried poop on his butt. His left
eye is closed. Is that a sign of wet tail?

It could very well be. Get to the store and get a wet tail treatment and see if that helps him improve. Wash your hands well before and after handling him. Don’t handle him too much at this point, let him rest. But make sure he’s getting enough fluids and food.
