It looks like a habitrail but I haven’t actually seen any at petsmart or petco, if that’s where you’ll be looking… maybe try taking a picture of it to one of those stores or a local pet store? They might be able to tell you for sure.
Unsure, hard to tell. It looks like a good quality cage. Some plastic and some metal is a good mix for hamsters, mice, gerbils. You can send an email to the ebay seller and ask.
