I have some clay that you bake in the oven so it becomes solid. My mom says its like some thing that’s pronounced FEE-Mo clay… Would this be ok to make a little hut or house for my gerbil with?

No, I wouldn’t reccomend doing it, it might chew it and swallow it, and get ill from the material, or the material may even be poisonous. I know fimo clay, I’ve used it before, but I would never use it with a gerbil.
You should buy your own toys, or make some out of cardboard scraps and boxes.
no, they will chew it and when it goes solid it might ‘splinter’ or like bits break off if they chew it and thats not good, if its wet thats stupid because it may eat it. i suggest buying toys, they are safer and have been manufactured expecialll for gerbils and are safe.
i hope i helped
well its not really a good idea as your gerbil may bite and eat some of the clay which could be poisenous. and you wouldnt be able to clean it either, as as soon as you make it wet it will become soft again.
Not advisable as when the clay dries and your gerbils gnaw at is small grainy particles may break off and then it may inhale/digest it.
Like the other two said, it’s a bad idea (especially if you want to use dyed clay.)
