I'm getting a new pet parakeet and the pet shop I'm getting it from doesn't sell food just for birds. Would it be healthy if I fed it gerbil food, hamster food, guinea pig food, or rabbit food?

I had a hamster die of wettail(RIP Loki). I am getting a new one SOON so I was cleaning the cage and other hamster things. I had decided to use bleach and hot water to clean the glass cage and accesories (food dish, water bottle, cage, and wire top). I soaked them in a bleach/water mixture then rinsed them one good time. I did not read till later that this could be really bad for my new hamster. What would be the best thing for me to do?
