My friends gerbil has died so her other gerbil who is 2 years old is on his own she i thinking about breeding gerbils so could she put a new female gerbil in with the male?

I had fed my hamster 1 almond yesterday, with the skin, the brown kinds that you find in most bulk stores. I gave her just one but i found out today that hamsters should not be fed almonds. I just want to know what happens if you feed a hamster an almond and is that one almond going to affect my hamster?

I’m thinking on adopting a hamster and a gerbil. I don’t know if I should buy a large hamster or a dwarf. (I have had both before. What do you think I should get?) Well, if I did buy a hamster and a gerbil, would I be able to let them play together in a playpen? Would I have to supervise them? If they started to fight, would it be safe for me to break them up?

I am selling 6 hamster cages and I really need to clean them out! What should I use?

my gerbil has a respiratory infection and i wanted to put him in a tank but the ventalation is’nt very good.. ok to but him in a tank?? he looks like he has a stuffy nose.

My hamster’s cage will get smelly, and my hamster will start to smell just like it. However, when I clean the cage, my hamster will continue to smell. How can you prevent this?
